Board Member - Treasurer

Ms. Warner has spent her entire career developing the strategies, products or services to leverage leading technologies for enterprise digital transformation. She has spent the last 15 years as a thought leader in how to leverage cloud computing to drive change. She is an all too rare technologist that is comfortable talking in bits and bytes or strategy, depending on the stakeholder. In the most recent years of her career, she has consulted significantly on the strategy and governance required to mitigate risk and yet achieve the desired transformation in support of a corporate vision. Today Ms. Warner serves the Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer, in diversifying the economy in that state through leveraging new technologies and talent. She is a consultant to Private Equity and Venture Capital firms on investment thesis’ and provides consulting to entrepreneurs looking to obtain their next rounds of funding.

During her career, Ms. Warner has led technology service organizations at Amazon Web Services (AWS), NetApp, IBM, PwC, salesforce.com and EY/CapGemini. She has had operational P&L responsibilities in excess of $2.5B in revenues, $750M in an operating budget and managed teams in excess of 2500 members.

While a corporate citizen her entire career, she has balanced this with her entrepreneurial passions as the founder of 360ofme.com, SpaLocker, and many others.

During her career, Ms. Warner has been a passionate advocate for gender and pay parity in the field of technology. In her free time Ms. Warner dedicates her energy to make a difference for those less fortunate by servicing on non-profit boards including Michigan Council of Women in Technology where she was its President for 3 years.
